Why use Pediatric Anesthesia Consultants (PAC) for your children’s surgery or other procedures? There are several advantages to using our group in order to obtain the best care for your infant or child. First, between the twelve members of our group, we have nearly 100 years of combined experience providing anesthesia for children ranging in age from the smallest of premature infants to teenagers, including those with a wide variety of special needs. Second, many of our members have specialty training in other pediatric specialties such as intensive care and general pediatrics in addition to anesthesia and pediatric anesthesia training. All members of our group have had extra medical training to provide anesthesia for infants and children for a wide variety of surgical procedures including open heart surgery, pediatric surgery including minimally invasive procedures, urologic surgery, neurological surgery, orthopedic surgery, ear, nose ,and throat surgery, just to name a few. By sharing experiences and knowledge among the members of our group, all of us are able to provide consistent top quality, safe anesthesia for even the most challenging of illnesses and medical conditions. Third, we all work regularly with the specialists who are caring for your children and thus have experience and understanding of the procedures they are performing and the particular needs of the patient during each procedure. We pride ourselves on working closely with all of the specialists as a team to provide the safest anesthesia we can for your loved ones. Lastly, in caring for infants and children on a daily basis, we understand the unique needs of not only children but the entire family as well, and do our very best to help everyone get through this stressful time as smoothly as possible.
